Queries made easier with the new Partnership Hub Assistant

Have a query and need a quick solution? Our new Partnership Hub Assistant is a feature to help make things easier for you. Answer queries about claims, DCS agreements, or register products, all with a touch of a button. 

The new chat icon on the right-hand bottom corner of the homepage gives you access to the Partnership Hub Assistant. Simply click the icon and follow the questions, selecting the answers most relevant to you. Through this process, our Assistant will signpost you to the right places. 

Should you need to speak to someone, the bot will advise you who to email and what to say, ensuring you are emailing all the necessary information to the team to help avoid back and forth. The Partnership Hub Assistant reduces inquiries by simplifying the process, saving you from having to send an email straight away!
